CBCT Analysis (3D imaging)

Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) is a 3D scan that captures all the anatomy of the oral facial complex in one single coned-shaped beam rotation. It offers better resolution of both hard and soft tissues with less radiation than a traditional CT scan. Typically, we will send this scan to a radiologist to give us a specific detailed report. We will then schedule a parent consultation appointment to review the scan, the radiology report, and the recommendations that Dr. Rozas will make regarding the next steps in your child’s airway journey.
