Dr. Rozas graduated
from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of
Science Degree in Biomedical Science, and in
1995, she received her Doctor of Dental
Surgery Degree from the University of Texas
Health Science Center in Houston, Texas.
Following dental school, she completed a
two-year residency at the University of
Texas at Houston and
Hermann Hospital where
she received her specialty certificate in
pediatric dentistry.
Dr. Rozas is board
certified by the American Academy of
Pediatric Dentistry. She is currently Vice
President of the Texas Academy of Pediatric
Dentistry and has been the Chairman of the
Greater Dallas Pediatric Dental Society for
the past three years. She is an active
member of the American Academy of Pediatric
Dentistry, American Dental Association,
Dallas County Dental Society, and the
Southwest Society of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Rozas enjoys
volunteering within the dental community and
giving her time to advance the specialty of
pediatric oral health care. She enjoys
coaching softball for her daughter’s team
and cheering on her son at his various
sporting events. When she is not in the
office or at home with the kids, Dr. Rozas
enjoys running, traveling with her family
and attending Dallas Mavericks games.
Dr. Carlla Blanton Bittinger
Dr.
Blanton Bittinger
joined Dr. Rozas in January 2011. A
transplant from Atlanta, Georgia, Dr.
Blanton is now a true Texan. Her
experience, skill, and love for children
have made her a perfect fit in our practice!
Dr. Blanton received her undergraduate
degree from Morehead State University, near
her hometown in rural Eastern Kentucky. She
then went on to receive her Doctor of Dental
Medicine degree in 1999 from the University
of Louisville, School of Dentistry and
completed a general practice residency in
2000 from the University of Kentucky.
After four years in general dentistry, Dr.
Blanton followed her heart and headed back
to school to specialize in pediatrics. She
completed her pediatric dental residency at
Interfaith Medical Center in Brooklyn, New
York, in 2006.
Dr. Blanton is currently an
active member of the American Academy of
Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental
Association, the Texas Dental Association
and the Greater Dallas Pediatric Dental
Society.
Dr. Blanton lives in Lewisville
with her husband, Andy. In her spare time
she enjoys traveling, hiking, biking and her
two shih tzus, Molly and Lucy.
Dr. Loria Guiatas Nahatis
A Ft. Worth native, Dr.
Loria Nahatis graduated from the University
of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of
Science degree in Biology in 2000. She
immediately began pursuing her dream to
become a pediatric dentist and obtained her
Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Baylor
College of Dentistry in 2004. Following
dental school, Dr. Nahatis earned her
pediatric specialty training from the
University of Maryland, Baltimore, College
of Dental Surgery.
Dr. Nahatis is a Board
Certified Diplomate of the American Board of
Pediatric Dentistry and a Fellow of the
American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. She
is an active member of the American Dental
Association, the American Academy of
Pediatric Dentistry, the American Board of
Pediatric Dentistry, the Texas Dental
Association and the Greater Dallas Pediatric
Dental Society.
Dr. Nahatis is a newly
married to her husband, Takis. They live in
Dallas with their dog and cat, Bentley and
Miko. In her spare time, she enjoys
traveling, exercising, and spending time
with her family.

Priscila
Swearingen,
RDA ~ Business Manager
Priscila Swearingen was
born and raised in Mansfield, Texas. She
attended both Tarrant County Junior College
and North Texas State University. Priscila
started in the pediatric dental field in
1993 as a clinical assistant and joined Dr.
Rozas as her business manager in 1998. Her
experience in both the clinical and business
area of dentistry, make Priscila an
excellent resource in all areas of the
practice.
Priscila resides in
Coppell with her husband, Will and their
three children, Haley, Tripp and Jett.
Although her after-work schedule is filled
with carpool, homework and numerous sports
activities, she still finds a little spare
time for herself. She enjoys running 5 &
10k’s, Muddy Buddy’s, and mud runs. But her
favorite activity is spending time with her
family and friends traveling and engaging in
outdoor activities.
Kay Cain
~
Professional Relations Director
Kay received her
Bachelor of Business Administration degree
from Texas A&M University. In fact, she and
Dr. Rozas resided in the same dorm at the
same time, without ever meeting! She spent
her early career in various corporate public
relations and marketing roles with AT&T and
Coach Leatherwear. Eventually, she chose
the most challenging job of being a stay at
home mom! During these child-rearing years,
Kay owned and operated several small
businesses out of her home, giving her more
flexibility to be with her children. Kay
joined our office as a Professional
Relations Director in February 2008, and her
responsibilities include handling all
marketing, advertising and coordination
between physicians and dentists.
Kay resides in Coppell
with her husband, David (who is also an
Aggie!), and their three handsome sons,
Mason, Austin and Walker. Most of her spare
time is spent with her boys at their
sporting events. When not at the office,
she enjoys photography, traveling and being
with friends and family.
Tammie Duncan, RDA
~ Financial Administrator and Treatment
Coordinator
Tammie Duncan has been
in pediatric dentistry since 1986. She
started as a dental assistant as a teenager
in Lubbock and now works as Dr. Rozas’
Financial Administrator and Patient
Coordinator since 2001. Tammie is certified
in CPR, Radiation and Nitrous Oxide
administration. She attends continuing
education programs throughout the year to
keep her up to date on the most current
changes in the pediatric field. Having a
great knowledge and experience in both the
clinical setting and the business area of
pediatric dentistry helps her make parents
and children feel more comfortable about
their visits to the dentist.
Born and raised in
Lubbock, Tammie is a true Red Raider fan.
She moved to Flower Mound in 2000 with her
terrific husband, Tim and two wonderful
children, Dusty and Presleigh. When not
working, Tammie stays busy with Presleigh’s
soccer schedule, and she enjoys spending
time with her family, shopping, and
traveling in her spare time.
Jamie Barrows, RDA
~ Hospital Administrator and Treatment
Coordinator
Jamie Barrows has been
involved in dentistry since 1988, and she
has been with Dr. Rozas’ practice since
2000. She is involved with patient and
parents in scheduling treatment and new
patient appointments. Another aspect of her
job is to help guide parents through the
dental experience if they need to be treated
in a hospital setting. Jamie is also
certified in Nitrous Oxide and Radiology.
Jamie most enjoys working with her
colleagues in a fun environment and
delivering excellent care to our patients
and parents.
Jamie lives in
Lewisville, with her husband Paul, and their
two children, Megan and Brandon. Her two
teenagers keep her very busy when away from
work with school activities, dance and
soccer. Her favorite pastime is working on
her family’s scrapbook.
Roxanne Lutz
~ Treatment Coordinator
Roxanne was born and
raised in San Antonio, Texas, and moved to
Coppell with her family in 1999, graduating
from Coppell High School in 2005. She is
pursuing a degree in Early Childhood
Education, and hopes to become a teacher
some day in the future. She is a natural
with children, and being able to work with
little ones and their families truly brings
her the most joy. While not in the
office or at school, Roxanne loves to spend
time with her family and friends.
Karen Mushinski
~ Patient
Coordinator
Karen currently serves
as a patient coordinator working with
patient insurance as well as helping to
maintain our office computer systems. Karen
received her BBA in Computer Science from
Southern Arkansas University and moved out
west to begin a 15 year career with American
Airlines and the Sabre Group. After leaving
the corporate world to stay home with her 3
sons, Karen became involved in their school
activities as well as becoming a preschool
teacher at the Stringfellow
pre-school--which is why she knows most of
our patients!
Karen and her husband
Allen are proud parents of an Arkansas
Razorback, Austin, as well as Parker and
Connor who are still at home, and hopeful
future Razorbacks! As a family of sports
fanatics, their weekends are spent outdoors
either playing in or cheering for their
favorite sport.

Mandy Goff

~ Registered Dental Hygienist
Mandy Goff started with
Dr. Rozas as a chair side dental assistant
in 1999. She worked both full and part time
while attending college and pursuing her
education at Tarrant County College to
obtain a degree in Dental Hygiene. While in
hygiene school, Mandy was Vice President of
the Students of American Dental Hygiene
Association (SADHA), and presently she is a
member of the American Dental Hygienists’
Association (ADHA) as well as the Texas
Dental Hygienists’ Association (TDHA).
Mandy chose to work in the pediatric dental
field because she enjoys educating children
on the importance of a healthy smile and
good dental health. She also finds a real
since of fulfillment when she works with the
mentally and physically challenged children.
Mandy resides in Irving
and is happily married to her high school
sweetheart. They have three beautiful
children: two rowdy boys, Austin and Harper
who keep them busy on their toes, along with
their newest addition, Brooklyn, who will
soon follow suite! Away from work, Mandy
enjoys taking trips, doing crafts and
spending time with her friends and loved
ones.
Kelli Thompson, RDH

Registered Dental Hygienist
Kelli Thompson received
her Dental Hygiene license from Baylor
College of Dentistry in May 2004. Because
of her love for children, Kelli accepted a
position in a pediatric dental office
straight out of school and she joined Dr.
Rozas’ team in April 2007. Kelli enjoys
pediatrics and loves guiding her patients
through the dental experience, teaching them
the importance of good dental health while
making each visit fun.
Kelli is a member of
the American Dental Hygiene Association and
Texas Dental Hygiene Association.
Kelli resides in
Bedford with her husband Ry and in October
of 2009, they welcomed their first child,
Bella. She and Ry are huge Aggie fans and
they spend most weekends watching their
favorite football team play. Kelli also
enjoys traveling, scrap booking, reading and
hanging out with her family and friends.
Allison Stacks, RDA

Clinical Assistant
Allison has been in the
dental field since 2002, and she spent the
majority of that time in pediatrics.
Allison joined Dr. Rozas’ office in the
summer of 2009 and she feels working with
children in the dental settings is her true
calling. She is certified in nitrous oxide,
radiology, infection control and CPR.
Allison truly enjoys attending continuing
education courses to further her knowledge
and skills. Allison currently resides in
Frisco with her husband Matt and two
incredible little boys, Logan and Mason,
which are Allison’s pride and joy. She
enjoys spending time with her family and
friends, and being outdoors with her boys
and their Bulldog, Raider.
Haley White, RDA

Clinical Assistant
Haley was born and
raised in Fort Madison, Iowa . Tired of the
snow and cold weather, her family moved to
Hurst when she was 12 years of age. After
high school graduation, she became a
sterilization technician and dental
assistant in a pediatric dental practice.
Haley’s mother was a dental assistant, and
she knew from an early age that she wanted
to follow in her footsteps. Haley continued
to work and attend college and she completed
her RDA in 2006. She spent the next 4 years
in general practice, and then decided to
return to pediatrics when she joined Dr.
Rozas’ team in July 2010. Haley is
certified in CPR, Radiology, Infection
Control, Jurisprudences and Nitrous Oxide.
Haley has been married to her high school
sweetheart, Braiden, since 2005 and in 2008
they welcomed their son Ryder. In her free
time, Haley enjoys shopping, watching movies
and spending time with her three
rambunctious dogs, Princess, Chloe and
Rocky.
Christina Almanza, RDA ~ Clinical
Assistant
Christina joined Dr.
Rozas’ team in June of 2011 while completing
her externship for her dental assisting
certification. She officially graduated
from Anthem College’s Dental Assisting
program in November 2011. Christina is
certified in Radiology, Nitrous Oxide
Administration, CPR and Infection Control.
She looks forward to expanding her knowledge
and skills through continuing education and
clinical training. Being at Dr. Rozas’
office, has allowed Christina to fulfill her
dream of working in the pediatric dental
field. Her love for children, combined with
being able to work in the pediatric dental
field, makes every day fulfilling.
Christina resides in
Lewisville with her fiancé Ryan. She loves
spending time with her family and friends
and their 5 dogs and cats keep her quite
busy.
